P2P: Prototype to Product

The majority of New Product Development projects fail somewhere between prototype and launch. The reasons for this are varied, but centre on the failure of companies to consider all the elements of the business model. This practical workshop covers the key areas that companies need to consider to improve their chance of success.

The event will be a practical, hands-on workshop and is aimed at SMEs who are developing or are planning to develop new products or services, particularly in the wellness and health sector.
